AIRCRAFT HITS FOUR BUILDINGS

Even though this is tough to watch, please do watch it...it's important to those involved. It just shows the dangers of attending these events.

Air Show Disaster - Amazing photo shows great detail. The pilot at low level had no control over his aircraft. It narrowly misses a crowd gathered for the air show and slams into four buildings.

One can only imagine the horror of the occupants inside those buildings.

Probably scared the shit out of them.

Don't blame me.  Blame Doug.

  1. On this side of the pond we call those Turdises.

  2. Karl, do you now? Well that's good to know. If I cross the pond again and see one of the little buildings, I can say, 'Oh look! There's a turdsie!' Or should that be a capital 'T'?

    1. Turdis rather than Turdsie. It's a play on the Doctor Who Tardis, which they resemble, except they have a different function...

    2. Oooh yes, I see. I misunderstood and messed up on the spelling. I will get it right if I go to England.

  3. Now, Mimi, don't be scaring tourists away from the Balloon Fiesta, Albuquerque's biggest annual event.

    (Love this.)

  4. Pablito, I don't ask questions about the stuff that comes in from Doug and Paul (A.). I would never want to spoil your Albuquerque Balloon Festival. I'd probably enjoy it myself. Do spectators get to ride the balloons?

Turdsies were never amongst my favorite places, but now I'm probably phobic about them.
