D'you know, I could care less about the outcome of the papal election. A charismatic reactionary, or a slightly more self-effacing one? Regardless of who actually wins the prize, he will be, as the Blessed Molly Ivins said of Cal Thomas, "one of the finest minds of the fifteenth century".
