HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I return to Dougie McLean's version of "Auld Lang Syne" in the Scots language year after year. No pictures in the video, just sound and lyrics with English translation. I added a couple of photos from my travels in Scotland.

  2. That's such a beautiful song, with so much meaning for all of us, all through our lives. Thank you for making it available. I'm out of Facebook because of the move right now, so I will wish you a happy New Year here. Your friendship has been a source of great meaning and gifts for me--I'm sure you don't know how much. May you and Tom and Scarlet have a good year in 2016. You are in my prayers and I hope that I am in yours.

    1. Susan, thank you for your kind words. I miss you when you're away from Facebook. If I were near you, I'd give you a hug. I hope your move goes smoothly and you settle well in your new home. Blessings.
