I suspect voodoo, too, Ormonde, but I've heard the cause was Beyonce's hair dryer, Jindal's budget cuts, and I expect before too long some preacher will blame the outage on all teh gays in New Orleans.
Beyonce blew the circuits with her halftime show. I'm convinced!
