A wake-up call, indeed, Bonnie. I thank my dear departed sister, Gayle, for my education. The reaction against Bishop Gene helped, as it showed me I surely did not want to be on the side of folks who enjoy peeping into the bedrooms of other people.
Yes, so thankful for all the people who helped on the journey. My husband was a huge support. The Episcopal Church was a huge support--many courageous voices.
As for people who enjoy peeping. So pathetic that they don't have a bedroom of their own to peep in.
They make me very happy.
