Feast Of St. Michael And All Angels - II
Image from Christus Rex.
Since I managed to get the date of the feast day of St. Michael and All Angels wrong, I offer you this icon and links to two bloggers who get it right.
Padre Mickey has a double portion for St. Michael's feast day, a Celtic poem here and a post on angelology here.
Ormonde at Through the Dust has a lovely icon and prayers here.

ReplyDeleteIs there ever a wrong day to be reminded of angelic care? At any rate, reading both your posts today was lovely and embracing. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteSusan, did St. Michael write plays and sonnets? Who knew?
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you're referring to our man Shakespeare, right? Yes, he's in the middle of a sonnet, I'd say.
LJ, thank you. God turns even our mistakes to good.
Hola from Spain, where the angels watch over us no matter what the day!

Fight all evil!
Hola Fran! Have a lovely time in Barcelona.
