Faith is now quite uncertain. I'm no longer acting-as-if.

It's Still Christmas - Day 7
Bounty from the garden includes cumquats and navel oranges nearly the size of grapefruit.
I'm running out of les objets de la Saison chez moi. I may have to look around the intertubes for pictures for some of the rest of the days of Christmas.
Renz, thank you. The colors are so bright that they blind me. I even shopped the picture a little to tone it down, but still.... I guess my taste runs to loud. I've always liked color.
At the age of 83, my grandmother got stuck on the roof of her house collecting cumquats... I hope you did not risk the same, Grandmere!
ReplyDelete(Oh --the thought of cumquats --she made the best marmalade ever!)
Happy New Year's Eve!
Margaret, ours is a young, wee tree, not as tall as I am, but it bears beautifully.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year's Eve to you!
Oh, yum! Reminds me of my favorite California jam-maker.
ReplyDeleteBesides jam, she makes this with the fruit of your tree.
And this.
And this...
Guess what I would do if I found any spare dollars lying around?
Thank you for sharing the photos of your harvest. I love the bright orange of these fruits in the winter months.
Margaret, you come from a long line of adventuresome women!
Renz, thank you. The colors are so bright that they blind me. I even shopped the picture a little to tone it down, but still.... I guess my taste runs to loud. I've always liked color.
