"He [Sanford] had just tried to fight the stimulus money coming to South Carolina. He didn't want any part of it. He lost the battle. He said, 'What the Hell. I mean, I'm -- the federal government's taking over -- what the Hell, I want to enjoy life.'"
Rush, this is news? All of us know that everything, EVERYTHING! that happens now, is Obama's fault. I guess your radio show is over. Nothing left to say.
I suppose Obama was responsible for Limbaugh's addiction to oxycodone and hydrocodone as well.

ReplyDeleteRush Limbaugh's comment is so telling about "his" attitude. Sanford wanted to "enjoy life," amidst all the travails of enduring the stimulous package. What's not enjoyable about Sanford's life with his wife and four sons? Believe it or not, there are many people who think that such is the good life.
ReplyDeleteAlways ask "who benefits most from this?" In this case, Mark Sanford. Got to admit it makes every bit as much sense as wondering if then-congressman Gary Condit (remember him) was behind 9/11. Got his name off the front pages fast enough, didn't it?

ReplyDeleteBeryl, exacly. But we all know that Rush is not amongst those people. His preference is oxycontin, prescriptions for Viagra with someone else's name on the bottle, and quickie trips to the Dominican Republic on his private plane.
Someone has to adjust Rush's dosage quickly.
