The applause by audience at the end of the video appears lukewarm. jeffko2007 who posted the video says:
I think it s from the early 60s at a german tv studio. that is why the audience seems somewhat suprised, but polite.

Great camera work.

    Ah, the Germans love the Schwarze Musik and often know more about it than many Americans! And they can be very polite!

    susan, perhaps not this particular group of Germans? Early in the video, I did catch a glimpse of a couple of jivin' Germans.
