    I think I could get used to them.

    Chatting with a coworker today about the gumbo he made this weekend. Done with no shortcuts. Bourbon Street comes to Phoenix. Sounds so good.

    I guess it's possible for a person from Phoenix to make an authentic gumbo, but I'd have to taste it to be certain. ;-)
