One of my favorites. I was heavily influenced in my teen years by Dadaism and Surrealism. Even caused a scandal in High School when the art teacher wanted to feature one of my drawings and the principle objected. The art teacher stuck up for me. The image, rather tame now, but in the mid 60s I guess scandalous, at least in High School, was a very detailed profile drawing of an elephant with a brassiere over his eyes like a blindfold. I'll post it on Facebook some day to see if it still causes a furore!
Thanks, Mimi, for taking me back to the "old days" of the early 20th c.
