What Do You Think?

From Lance, who laughs his way through his pain, with the following message:

Best scarf of 2009......you would look SO good in one of these! So toasty and warm.....AND attractive!

Perhaps for my visit to that cold place?

  2. They would have been pretty cool in the group photographs taken at the recent Alexandria primates' meeting, wouldn't they?

  3. Diane, I mean Leeds in England. The average temps in March are high 30s to low 40s, which is winter for us here.

Lapin, wouldn't that have been great?

  4. But Grandmere --you might have to watch out--these scarves might get very perky and too hard in the cold of Leeds!

  5. ROFL! Yes, I think it would be perfect for Leeds (and other repressed loci over there). Prayers for Lance; know what you mean about not travelling during Bush; noticing your renewed energy; giving thanks all-'round the blogosphere tonight, not the least here.

  6. I'd wear the perky scarves hanging outside of my coat, of course. I'll bet that I'd stop traffic. Or maybe the English are so averse to acknowledging anything embarrassing that they'd simply look away.

  8. But GM, do tell - where can we order these?

  9. HF, Lance told me that he had no information on where these scarves can be purchased. Sorry about that.

  10. Snopes says that the scarves were part of an artistic exhibition in Japan and that they were "not a widely-sold product". Scarf boobs However crocheted scarves of this type, which look relatively tasteful, are on offer from this site. Crocheted scarves

  11. I like that they have tattoos on them.

  12. Lapin, the crocheted scarves are pale copies. The boobies resemble berets.

    Oyster, you is bad.
