Nothing has changed since I lived there or my dad--except the names of the politicians. I was thinking, as I saw this, "Louisiana Ethics," in the political sense, is an oxymoron.
You're right, Meme, the music is great! And, after all, the tickets WERE to Hannah Montana! But, progress is being made. I have an election card from a Mississippi town sheriff to my grandfather. On the back it said, "Give this man a pint so he'll vote for me."
