    And that Japan, as an island has an over abundance of.

    However, we thought the rising food prices from biofuels were bad... Imagine Arizona, not pretty.

    Tandaina, water is one possible help to ease the energy crunch, but not the only one. We will need multiple approaches. You're right. The West is running out of water.
