Public Service Announcement

If you use Internet Explorer as your browser on your PC, and you use Sitememter as a counter, you may not be able to access sites on Blogger at this time. You may want to try either removing SiteMeter or switching to Firefox as your browser.

  1. I just installed firefox, but I can't seem to install the plug-ins like adobe flash player. I suppose I will figure it all out eventually.

Interesting, I was still able to post to my blog via flickr, even though I couldn't access it...

  3. BIG firefox fan here.

RB, me too. I can't stand Explorer, but hey! that's me.

Missy, I have no expertise to pass on to you. I speak only what people who know more about computers tell me.

Fran, thanks. I hope the announcement helps.

  4. At the moment Internet Explorer and SiteMeter seem to be on speaking terms again. I'm now able to access this blog with IE.
IE could not load it earlier this morning.

  5. Sitemeter fixed the problem. (I emailed them after receiving a panicky email from a reader this morning, and they got back to me.)
