I regret that Sax-of-s**t Chamblee is my junior senator. And my senior isn't much better! I can only pray that the tribulation of living in the South will get me out of Purgatory a little sooner. Surely makes me humble.
John, I don't know what part of the state you're in, but I'm about a 25 to 30 minute drive from Saxby's lair - I mean, hometown. He's also a member of a traditionalist "anglican" parish whose former priest tried to "save" our diocese at every episcopal election by running under the all-Bah-buhl-no-icky-women-or-queers platform. Every election the diocese was saved, as the priest was never elected.
Consistency isn't easy...
ReplyDeleteFor some, consistency is only easy when it suits one's purposes.

John, thee and me. We're bound to have years off Purgatory. Certain members of my own family think like Chambliss, more's the pity.
