Colbert is in good form. What's more, he's right: Why would BP's stock go way down in a rational market? For that to happen, people would have to believe that this incident will cost BP a whole big load of money, whether in costs or lost business or whatever.
So who expects that to happen? Could it be that the Efficient Market know something we don't?
