ONLY ONE WORRY

Rabbi Mordecai of Lekovitz said:

"We must not worry. Only one worry is permissable: a man should worry about nothing but worry."

  1. Is that like "the only thing we have to fear, is fear itself"?

  2. JCF, in my experience, worry never did me a damned bit of good, but it did make me sick, at times. I'm trying to wean myself off worry, which is not easy, as I'm a natural worrier. I am doing better than in the past, and I believe the rabbi is right.

  3. Fred, Rabbi Mordecai don't like that. Stop it now!
