Susan s., we had a nice day...lunch at a Japanese restaurant here named Geaux Fish. Go figure. The food and the company were good.
My children are not giving me grief. With my son having full-time custody of his 11 year old, I'm on duty quite a lot, and I have much less time at my disposal.
I went to church in the morning, sang in the choir, and then went again in the afternoon for evensong. Flowers from The Boy. The new Sherlock for dessert!
That is so true!!! Hope you had a nice day yesterday, Mimi, and that your children aren't giving you too much grief.

A permutation on the Lincoln saw, re his father:
ReplyDeleteHonest Abe,
"When I was 17, I thought my father a fool.
When I was 21, I was surprised how much he'd learned."
